RES 20-006RESOLUTION NO. 20-006 A RESOLUTION revising and extending the Comprehensive Street Program for an additional six (6) years. WHEREAS, pursuant to the requirements ofRCW 35.77.010, the City of Camas did, by Resolution No. 19-008 adopt a Comprehensive Street Program for the ensuing six (6) years; and WHEREAS, said law requires the City revise and extend said Comprehensive Street Program annually; and WHEREAS, pursuant to said law, the City Council of the City of Camas being the legislative body of said City did hold a public hearing on said revised Comprehensive Plan at 7:00 p.m. at the Special Camas City Council Meeting held on the 1st day of June, 2020; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS AS FOLLOWS: The Comprehensive Street Program heretofore adopted and revised by the City Engineer for the City of Camas, as submitted to the City Council for the City of Camas, be and the same is hereby adopted and extended for an additional six (6) year period from the date thereof. II The City Clerk shall file a copy of said revised Comprehensive Street Program for the ensuing six (6) years, together with a copy of this Resolution, with the Secretary of Transportation of the State of Washington.
