RES 18-005RESOLUTION NO. 18-005 A RESOLUTION revising and extending the Comprehensive Street Program for an additional six (6) years. WHEREAS, pursuant to the requirements of RCW 3 5.77. 0 10, the City of Camas did, by Resolution No. 17-006 adopt a Comprehensive Street Program for the ensuing six (6) years; and WIMREAS, said law requires the City revise and extend said Comprehensive Street Program annually; and WHEREAS, pursuant to said law, the City Council of the City of Camas being the legislative body of said City did hold a public hearing on said revised Comprehensive Plan at 7:00 p.m. at the Camas Municipal Center in Camas, Washington,, -on the 4th day of June,, 2017; and WHEREAS, there were no written or oral objections to the revised Comprehensive Plan as prepared by the City of Camas relative to the street program for the ensuingslx( 6) years within the City of Camas. NOW,, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TIS CITY OF CAMAS AS FOLLOWS: 11 The Comprehensive Street Program heretofore adopted and revised by the City Engineer for the City of Camas, as submitted to the City Council for the City of Camas, be and the same is hereby adopted and extended for an additional six (6) year period from the date thereof. II The City Clerk shall file a copy of said revised Comprehensive Street Program for the ensuing six (6) years, together with a copy of this Resolution, with the Secretary of Transportation of the State of Washington.
