A RESOLUTION approving the preliminary plat and
preliminary master plan for Lacamas Meadows Planned
Residential Development and denying the SEP A appeal filed in
said proceedings.
WHEREAS , on May 17 , 2005 , and June 7, 2005 , this matter came before the City of
Camas Planning Commission on an open record hearing to consider the applicant's "School" and
"No School" preliminary plat, master plan and conditional use permit application; and
WHEREAS , at said hearings , the City of Camas Planning Commission further considered
a SEPA appeal filed by opponents to the project, and
WHEREAS , upon review of the evidence in the record and as solicited from testimony
durin g the publ ic hearing , the Planning Commission forwarded a recommendation of appro val of
all the submitted applications to the City Council and further recommended denial of the SEP A
appeal , and
WHEREAS , the City of Camas Planning Commission adopted the factual findings
contained within the "Findings" and "Staff Comment" section of the Staff Report , as well as the
Conclusions of Law contained throughout and recommended these in their decision to the City
Council , and
NOW, HAVING CONSIDERED THE EVIDENCE WITHIN THE RECORD , THE
PLANNING COMMISSION'S DELIBERATIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS AND TH E
FINDINGS CONTAINED WITHIN THE STAFF REPORT, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS AS FOLLOWS:

Both the "School " and "No School " options of their preliminary plat and master plan
applications , and the conditional use permit for the school , is hereby approved.
II
The Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law as determined by the Planning
Commission based upon the language contained within the Staff Report is h ereby adopted.

Based upon the Findings in the Staff Report, the SEP A appeal is denied.
IV
The approval of the preliminary plat and preliminary master plan for Lacamas Meadows
Planned Residential Development is subject to those conditions of approval as contained within
the Staff Report, the City 's MDNS , and those conditions imposed by Council.
