RES 17-007RESOLUTIONNO.17-007ARESOLUTIONamendingtheCityofCamasfeescheduleasadoptedbyResolutionNo.16-019.WHEREAS,theCityofCamas,onNovember21,2016,adoptedbyResolutionNo.16-019,aCityofCamasfeeschedule;andWHEREAS,itisintheinterestoftheCityofCamastoamendsaidfeescheduletocorrectcertainfeesthereonandtoadoptadditionalfeestotheschedule.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHECOUNCILOFTHECITYOFCAMASASFOLLOWS:IThefeesandchargesassetforthwithinResolutionNo.16-019astheCityofCamasfeeschedule,isherebyamendedinthefollowingrespects:AddingtotheLacamasLakeLodgeRentalRates:1.Publicagencies(mid-weekexcludingFridays)duringnormalbusinesshoursa.willbeassessed$60.00perhourrentalrate.CamasSchoolDistrictwillbeprovidedanannualcreditof$2,000peryearforb.LacamasLakeRentalRatesfortheexchangeofsupportofCityofCamasSpecialEvents.Oncethe$2,000inrentalfeevaluecalculatedatthePublicAgencyrateisutilizedinanygivenyear,theCamasSchoolDistrictwillbechargedthePublicAgencyrate.IIThefeesandchargesasnotedareadoptedandmadepartasadditionaltermstotheCityofCamasfeeschedule,asheretoforeadopted.
