RES 17-006RESOLUTIONNO.17-006ARESOLUTIONrevisingandextendingtheComprehensiveStreetProgramforanadditionalsix(6)years.WHEREAS,pursuanttotherequirementsofRCW35.77.010,theCityofCamasdid,byResolutionNo.16-011adoptaComprehensiveStreetProgramfortheensuingsix(6)years;andWHEREAS,saidlawrequirestheCityreviseandextendsaidComprehensiveStreetProgramannually;andWHEREAS,pursuanttosaidlaw,theCityCounciloftheCityofCamasbeingthelegislativebodyofsaidCitydidholdapublichearingonsaidrevisedComprehensivePlanat7:00p.m.attheCamasMunicipalCenterinCamas,Washington,onthe5thdayofJune,2017;andWHEREAS,therewerenowrittenororalobjectionstotherevisedComprehensivePlanaspreparedbytheCityofCamasrelativetothestreetprogramfortheensuingsix(6)yearswithintheCityofCamas.NOW,THEREFORE,BETYRESOLVEDBYTHECOUNCILOFTHECITYOFCAMASASFOLLOWS:ITheComprehensiveStreetProgramheretoforeadoptedandrevisedbytheCityEngineerfortheCityofCamas,assubmittedtotheCityCouncilfortheCityofCamas,beandthesameisherebyadoptedandextendedforanadditionalsix(6)yearperiodfromthedatethereof.IITheCityClerkshallfileacopyofsaidrevisedComprehensiveStreetProgramfortheensuingsix(6)years,togetherwithacopyofthisResolution,withtheSecretaryofTransportationoftheStateofWashington.
