RES 16-011RESOLUTIONNO.16-011ARESOLUTIONrevisingandextendingtheComprehensiveStreetProgramforanadditionalsix(6)years.WHEREAS,pursuanttotherequirementsofRCW35.77.010,theCityofCamashasadoptedaComprehensiveStreetProgram(alsoknownasa“Six-YearTransportationImprovementProgram”),andWHEREAS,saidlawrequirestheCityreviseandextendsaidComprehensiveStreetProgramannually,andWHEREAS,pursuanttosaidlaw,theCityCounciloftheCityofCamasbeingthelegislativebodyofsaidCitydidholdapublichearingonsaidrevisedComprehensivePlanat7:00p.m.attheCamasMunicipalCenterinCamas,Washington,onthe6thdayofJune2016andtheCityCouncilreceivedandconsideredpublictestimonyrelativetotheComprehensiveStreetProgram,asproposed.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDbytheCounciloftheCityofCamasthattheComprehensiveStreetProgramheretoforeadoptedandrevisedbytheCityEngineerfortheCityofCamas,assubmittedtotheCityCouncilfortheCityofCamas,beandthesameisherebyadoptedandextendedforanadditionalsix(6)yearperiodfromthedatethereof.BEITFURTHERRESOLVED,thattheCityClerkfileacopyofsaidrevisedComprehensiveStreetProgramfortheensuingsix(6)years,togetherwithacopyofthisresolution,withtheSecretaryofTransportationoftheStateofWashington.PASSEDbytheCouncilandAPPROVEDbytheMayorthiscpKdayofJune2016.SIGNED:Mayor
