A RESOLUTION adopting a fee schedule for certain utility
charges of the City of Camas.
WHEREAS,the Council of the City of Camas has heretofore adopted Ordinance No.
2711 ,amending certain chapters of the Camas Municipal Code related to utilities;and
WHEREAS,the Council of the City of Camas has revised the policies and procedures for
utility billings as reflected in said Ordinance;and
WHEREAS,the Council of the City of Camas desires to adopt a fee schedule for certain
utility charges as reflected in Exhibit “A”,consistent with the references as set forth within
Ordinance No.2711 .
NOW ,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMAS AS FOLLOWS:

The Council of the City of Camas hereby adopts the attached Exhibit "A "as the fee
schedule for the utility charges as noted therein.

The Finance Department is directed to make copies of this Resolution available to any
member of the public requesting a copy of the same.
