A RESOLUTION repealing Resolution 606,943,and 1059 and all
other previously adopted Resolutions of the City of Camas
concerning utility billings and procedures
WHEREAS,the Council has from time to time adopted Resolutions relating to the
establishment of policies and procedures for utility billings;and
WHEREAS,Council has heretofore adopted Resolutions 606,943,and 1059 in this
regard ;and
WHEREAS,the Council desires to amend the procedures and policies for utility billings
and incorporate the same into the Camas Municipal Code Chapter 13.36 ;and
WHEREAS,to avoid duplication and potential inconsistencies between the adopted
resolutions and the revised Camas Municipal Code Chapter 13.36,the City Council desires to
repeal Resolutions 606,943 and 1059 and all other previously adopted Resolutions of the City of
Camas concerning procedures and policies for utility billings;
NOW ,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Camas as
follows:
Section I
Resolution 606,943,and 1059 and all other previously adopted Resolutions of the City of
Camas establishing procedures and policies for utility billings are hereby repealed.
Section II
The Finance Department is directed to make copies of this Resolution available to any
member of the public requesting a copy of the same.
