A RESOLUTION establishing rental rates to be
charged by the Equipment Rental Department of the
City of Camas.
WHEREAS ,the Council of the City of Camas created an Equipment Rental
Department by Ordinance 1029 ;and
WHEREAS ,said Ordinance provided that the Council should adopt a
Resolution establishing rates charged for the rental of equipment administered by
said department ;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Camas
as follows :
SECTION I
That the following listed rates shall be the charge for the rental of equipment
administered by the Equipment Rental Department :

The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to charge a rental
for any equipment acquired by the department and not listed in the foregoing
paragraph at a rate comparable to similar type of equipment listed above.
The Director of Finance is further authorized and directed to establish fees for
servicing vehicles which fees shall be sufficient to reimburse the Equipment Rental
Department for its actual cost of servicing .
