RES 1223RESOLUTION NO./2 Z 5 A RESOLUTION adopting a "Flexible Development Score Sheet "for purposes of implementing Camas Municipal Code Chapter 18.26. WHEREAS,the Council of the City of Camas has adopted a new Chapter 18.26 allowing for flexible development in all zoning districts except the LI/BP zone;and WHEREAS,pursuant to Camas Municipal Code 18.26.050 a "Flexible Development Score Sheet"is a required for implementation of Chapter 18.26;and WHEREAS,pursuant to Camas Municipal Code 18.26.060 completion of a Flexible Development Score Sheet is a required item for a complete application under Chapter 18.26;and WHEREAS,the Council of the City of Camas desires to adopt the "Flexible Development Score Sheet "attached hereto as Exhibit "A "as a required form under Chapter 18.26. NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS AS FOLLOWS: I Pursuant to Camas Municipal Code 18.26.050 the "Flexible Development Score Sheet" attached hereto as Exhibit "A"and incorporated herein by this reference is hereby adopted.
