A RESOLUTION changing the Building Official position to an
FLSA Exempt status .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS AS FOLLOWS :
Section I
The position of Building Official shall be an exempt position as defined under all
applicable state and federal statutes and regulations,and shall be entitled to all benefits afforded
to managers as set forth in the Ordinances of the City and in the City Non-Represented Employee
Handbook .
Section II
This resolution shall be effective as of January 1,2011.
