A RESOLUTION of the City Council accepting the design of the NW 38th Avenue
Water,Sewer,and Pump Station Improvements as complete .
WHEREAS,the City has commissioned HarperHoufPetersonRighellis ,Inc .,
consulting engineers;Archaeological Investigations NW,Inc.,historical resource
consultant;Ecological Land Services,Inc.,natural resource consultant;and PGP
Valuation,Inc.,for services related to the design of the NW 38lh Avenue Water,Sewer,
and Pump Station Improvements;and
WHEREAS,the City has also incurred internal engineering expenses for work
directly related to the NW 38 th Avenue Water,Sewer,and Pump Station Improvements ;
and
WHEREAS,the City has entered into a loan agreement,PR 08-951-061,so
named ,with Public Works Trust Fund for a portion of the cost of the design,valuation,
and natural and historical investigations related to the NW 38th Avenue Water,Sewer ,
and Pump Station Improvements;and
WHEREAS,in order to formally close the loan agreement with Public Works
Trust Fund ,it is necessary that the Council adopt a resolution accepting the design ,
historical resource investigation ,and natural resource investigation work for the NW 38th
Avenue Water,Sewer,and Pump Station Improvements as being complete;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CAMAS AS FOLLOWS:
Section I
The design of the NW 38th Avenue Water,Sewer,and Pump Station
Improvements as prepared by the above named consultants and City Engineering Staff,is
hereby accepted as being complete.
ADOPTED by the Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this (y^day of
December,2010.
