A RESOLUTION approving the Amendment to the Development
Agreement between the City of Camas and GM Camas LLC,by
providing for a re-recording to amend Exhibits "A "and "B"adding
additional property.
WHEREAS,the Council of the City of Camas has previously approved a Development Agreement
with GM Camas LLC recorded on January 22,2010 under Auditor's File No.4636619;and
WHEREAS,GM Camas LLC has proposed adding an additional 9.87 acres to the Development
Agreement generally located south of NE Ingle Road and west of Goodwin Road;and
WHEREAS,City and GM Camas LLC are negotiating an amendment to Exhibits "A"and "B"to
the Development Agreement to add said additional property;and
WHEREAS,the City Council has conducted public hearings according to the law on the proposed
Development Agreement,at which time it considered testimony from all interested parties;and
WHEREAS,the City Council desires to approve the amendment to the Development Agreement
and authorize the re-recording with the Clark County Auditor to add the additional property as described
therein;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS AS
FOLLOWS:

That certain Development Agreement by and between the City of Camas and GM Camas LLC,is
amended as to Exhibits "A"and ”B"and the City of Camas does authorize the re-recording of said
Development Agreement originally recorded under Auditor’s File No.4636619 to add the additional
property as described therein.
II
The Development Agreement,as amended,shall be recorded with the Clark County Auditor,
pursuant to the requirements of RCW 36.70 B.
ADOPTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS AND APPROVED BY THE
MAYOR this 19th day of July,2010.
