A RESOLUTION adopting the General Sewer Plan
Amendment,revised April 2010,subject to required revision from
the Washington Department of Ecology.
WHEREAS,the Council has prepared a General Sewer Plan Amendment,revised April
2010,as required by State law,and
WHEREAS,the General Sewer Plan Amendment,revised April 2010,has been
submitted to the Washington State Department of Ecology,and
WHEREAS,the City Council held a public hearing on June 7,2010,to consider the
General Sewer Plan Amendment,revised April 2010,and
WHEREAS,the Council desires to adopt the General Sewer Plan Amendment,revised
April 2010,subject to required revisions from the Washington State Department of Ecology,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMAS as follows:
SECTION I
The General Sewer Plan Amendment,revised April 2010 is hereby adopted,subject to
required revisions from the Washington State Department of Ecology.
