A RESOLUTION adopting the 2007 General Sewer Plan and
Wastewater Facility Plan as revised November 2009.
WHEREAS,the City has updated its General Sewer Plan and Wastewater Facility Plan as
required by State law,and
WHEREAS,the City has submitted the 2007 General Sewer Plan and Wastewater
Facility Plan as revised in November of 2009 to the Washington Department of Ecology,and
WHEREAS,the Washington Department of Ecology has approved the Plan,and
WHEREAS,the City Council conducted a public hearing on June 7,2010 to consider the
Plan,and
WHEREAS,the Council desires to adopt the 2007 General Sewer Plan and Wastewater
Facility Plan as revised in November of 2009,
NOW ,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMAS as follows:
SECTION I
The City hereby adopts the 2007 General Sewer and Wastewater Facility Plan as revised
in November of 2009.
ADOPTED BY THE COUNCIL AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR AT A
