A RESOLUTION adopting a Fee Schedule for Sexually
Oriented Businesses
WHEREAS,the City of Camas has enacted an Ordinance regulating sexually oriented
businesses,and
WHEREAS,under the terms of said Ordinance the fees for sexually oriented businesses
are to be established by the Council from time to time by Resolution,and
WHEREAS,the Council desires to adopt a Schedule of Fees for Sexually Oriented
Businesses,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMAS as follows:
SECTION I
The Council hereby adopts the Schedule attached hereto and by this reference
incorporated herein as the Schedule of Fees for Sexually Oriented Businesses.
ADOPTED BY THE COUNCIL AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR AT A
REGULAR MEETING thisJ^A day of May,2010.
