RES 1176i Hi?RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION adopting the 2010 Standard Specifications
For Road,Bridge,and Municipal Construction.
WHEREAS,the Public Works Director has recommended that the City adopt standard
specifications for road ,bridge,and municipal construction,and
WHEREAS,the Washington State Department of Transportation and American Public
Works association have promulgated the “2010 Standard Specifications for Road,Bridge,and
Municipal Construction,”and
WHEREAS,the Council desires to adopt such standard specifications,
NOW,THEREFORE ,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMAS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1
The Council of the City of Camas hereby adopts as standard specifications for road ,
bridge,and municipal construction the “2010 Standard Specifications for Road ,Bridge,and
Municipal Construction”published by the Washington State Department of Transportation and
American Public Works Association,effective April l ,2010.
ADOPTED by the Council at a regular meeting this 15th day of March 2010.
