A RESOLUTION adopting rates and charges for the collection and
disposal of items of solid waste pursuant to Section 13.84.010(c)of
the Camas Municipal Code.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS AS FOLLOWS:
Section I
Pursuant to the Camas Municipal Code Section 13.84.010(c),the City Council hereby adopts
the following schedule of rates and charges for the collection and disposal of items of solid waste not
provided for in Section 13.84.010(a).

Section II
The rates set forth in this Resolution shall be effective January 1,2010.
