A RESOLUTION of the City Council accepting the design oftheWastewaterTreatmentFacilities,Phase II,improvement as complete.
WFIEREAS,the City has commissioned Gray &Osborne,Inc.,consulting
engineers,for design and pennitting of the Wastewater Treatment Facilities,Phase II,
improvement;and
WHEREAS,the City has entered into loan agreement PW-07-962-PRE-104 with
the Public Works Trust Fund for a portion of the cost of the design and permitting of the
Wastewater Treatment Facilities,Phase II,improvement,and
WHEREAS,in order to formally close the loan agreement with Public Works
Trust Fund,it is necessary that the Council adopt a resolution accepting the design of the
Wastewater Treatment Facilities,Phase II,improvement as being complete;
NOW,TFIEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CAMAS AS FOLLOWS:
Section I
The design of the Wastewater Treatment Facilities,Phase II,improvement as
prepared by Gray &Osborne,Inc.,consulting engineers,is hereby accepted as being
complete.
