RES 1165RESOLUTION NO.1165
A RESOLUTION changing the parking time limits for three
parking spaces in the downtown core area.
WHEREAS,the liquor store has relocated from the east side of NE Cedar Street,and
WHEREAS,the City has maintained a ten minute parking space in front of the liquor
store,and
WHEREAS,the City desires to change the ten minute parking space on Cedar Street to
two hours,and
WHEREAS,the City desires to establish two ten minute parking spaces on NE 4th
Avenue in front of the Camas Hotel,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMAS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I
The two parking spaces in front of the former liquor store location on NE Cedar Street are
hereby changed from ten minutes to two hours.
SECTION II
The parking space in front of the Camas Hotel on NE 4th Avenue is hereby changed from
thirty minutes to ten minutes.
ADOPTED at a regular Council meeting this day of December,2009.
