A RESOLUTION amending Resolution No.1023 by revising
the types and fees for Home Occupation applications.
WHEREAS,the Council has heretofore adopted Resolution No.1023,which established
application fees for development and planning activities,and
WHEREAS,the Council desires to change the types of Home Occupation applications,
and
WHEREAS,the Council desires to establish a fee for a change of operator of a Major
Home Occupation at the same address as a previously approved Major Home Occupation,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMAS AS FOLLOWS :
I
Type A Home Occupations shall now be known as Minor Home Occupations,and Type
B Home Occupations shall now be known as Major Home Occupations.

The fee for a change of operator of a Major Home Occupation at the same address as a
previously approved Major Home Occupation shall be $25.00 .
Ill
Resolution No.1023 is amended to provide for the aforestated modifications.
