A RESOLUTION authorizing the execution of a DevelopmentAgreementpursuanttoCMC13.12.085 with the Camas SchoolDistrictNo.117 allowing for pre-payment of water systemdevelopmentchargestoreservewatercapacityinthemunicipalwatersystem.
WHEREAS,Camas Municipal Code 13.12.085 allows for execution of a Development
Agreement to allow for prepayment of water system development charges;
WHEREAS,District and City representatives have agreed to a Development Agreement
as set forth in Exhibit "A",attached hereto;and
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMAS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I
The City Council finds that the public good and general welfare will be benefited by
entering into the Development Agreement with Camas School District No.117.
SECTION II
The Mayor of the City of Camas is hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the City of
Camas the Development Agreement per the attached Exhibit "A".
