A RESOLUTION prohibiting parking on the east side of
NE Everett Street between the Lacamas Lake Bridge and NE 35 th Avenue.
WHEREAS,the Council finds that pathway improvements to be installed by the
Washington State Department of Transportation will eliminate ample space for parking adjacent to
the northbound travel lane,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMAS AS FOLLOWS:
Section I
There shall be no parking permitted on the east side of NE Everett Street between the
Lacamas Lake Bridge and NE 35th Avenue.
Section II
The City Engineer is directed to erect appropriate signage giving notice of the parking
restriction.
ADOPTED at a regular session of the Council of the City of Camas,this 15th day of
June 2009.
