RES 1128RESOLUTIONNO.f/ZffARESOLUTIONapprovingaDevelopmentAgreementforrealpropertieslocatednorthofLacamasLakeandannexedtotheCityofCamasbyOrdinancesNumbers2510,2511,2512,2513,and2514.WHEREAS,theCityhascontemporaneouslywithadoptionofthisResolutionenactedOrdinancesNumbers2510,2511,2512,2513,2514,and2515,whichannexrealpropertylocatednorthofLacamasLaketotheCityofCamas,andWHEREAS,someofthepropertyownersoftheannexedpropertyhaveenteredintoaDevelopmentAgreementwiththeCityofCamaswhichprecludesurbandevelopmentuntilsuchtimeasadditionalplanninghasbeencompletedorthepropertyiszonedforurbandevelopment,andWHEREAS,theCityCouncilscheduledapublichearingontheproposedDevelopmentAgreementforApril21,2008,andWHEREAS,theCityCouncilhadconductedapublichearingontheproposedDevelopmentAgreementonApril21,2008,atwhichtimeitconsideredtestimonyfromallinterestedparties,andWHEREAS,theCityCouncilfindsthattheAgreementhasbeenreviewedbytheCommunityDevelopmentDirectorandhasbeenfoundtomeetapplicableplanningrequirements,andWHEREAS,theCityCouncildesirestoapprovetheDevelopmentAgreement,NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHECOUNCILOFTHECITYOFCAMASASFOLLOWS:IThatcertainDevelopmentAgreementbetweentheCityofCamasandpropertyownersoflandannexedtotheCityofCamasbyOrdinancesNumbers2510,2511,2512,2513,and2514,atrueandcorrectcopyofwhichDevelopmentAgreementisattachedheretoandbythisreferenceincorporatedherein,isherebyapprovedbytheCityCouncil,andtheMayorisauthorizedandinstructedtosigntheagreementonbehalfoftheCity.IITheDevelopmentAgreementshallberecordedwiththeClarkCountyAuditor,pursuanttotherequirementsofRCW36.70(b).190.IllThisResolutionshallbecomeeffectiveonlyaftertheAgreementhasbeensignedbyallpartiesthereto.ADOPTEDBYTHECOUNCILOFTHECITYOFCAMASANDAPPROVEDBYTHE
