RES 1093/o93RESOLUTIONNO. A RESOLUTION setting a public hearing concerning the proposed vacation of a portion of NE Birch Street. WHEREAS,the City has received a request from the property owners of 305 NE 4th Avenue to vacate a portion of NE Birch Street,and WHEREAS,the portion of NE Birch Street to be vacated is abutted by property addressed 305 NE 4th Avenue,and WHEREAS,the Council of the City of Camas desires to initiate vacation proceedings for the streets to be vacated,and WHEREAS,it is necessary for the Council to fix a time and place for a public hearing to be held on the proposed street vacation, NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS AS FOLLOWS: Section I The Council of the City of Camas does hereby initiate proceedings to vacate the following described portion of NE Birch Street as described in Exhibit "A",attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. Section II A public hearing shall be held on the proposed vacation on the 20th day of February,2007,at 7:00 p.m.,in the Council Chambers of the City Hall. Section III The City Clerk is directed to give twenty (20)days notice of the hearing by posting written notice in three of the most public places in the City of Camas,by posting a like notice on the portion of the streets to be vacated,and by mailing notice to the abutting property owners at least fifteen (15) days prior to the date of hearing.^day ofADOPTEDataregularsessionoftheCityCounciloftheCityofCamasthis.
