RES 1092A 7,ARESOLUTIONNO. A RESOLUTION setting a public hearing concerning the proposed vacation of a portion of NE Oak Street. WHEREAS,the City has received a request from the property owners of Lot #172 of HJG Maxon DLC,0.21 Acre,also known as Clark County Tax Lot Account #098984-000,and WHEREAS,the portion of NE Oak Street to be vacated is abutted by the above described property,and WHEREAS,the Council of the City of Camas desires to initiate vacation proceedings for the streets to be vacated,and WHEREAS,it is necessary for the Council to fix a time and place for a public hearing to be held on the proposed street vacation, NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS AS FOLLOWS: Section I The Council of the City of Camas does hereby initiate proceedings to vacate the following described portion of NE Oak Street as described in Exhibit "A",attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. Section II A public hearing shall be held on the proposed vacation on the 20th day of February,2007,at 7:00 p .m.,in the Council Chambers of the City Hall. Section III The City Clerk is directed to give twenty (20)days notice of the hearing by posting written notice in three of the most public places in the City of Camas,by posting a like notice on the portion of the streets to be vacated,and by mailing notice to the abutting property owners at least fifteen (15) days prior to the date of hearing.
