RES 1080RESOLUTION NO./<9 8 &
A RESOLUTION prohibiting parking on either side of NE 38th
Avenue from NE Everett Street to NE Franklin Street.
WHEREAS,the Council finds that the width of NE 38th Avenue between NE Everett
Street and NE Franklin Street is 20'from curb to curb;and
WHEREAS,if parking is permitted on either side of the street,there is insufficient room
for emergency and operations vehicles to use the roadway,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMAS AS FOLLOWS:
Section I
There shall be no parking permitted on either side of NE 38th Avenue from NE Everett
Street to NE Franklin Street.
Section II
The City Engineer is directed to erect appropriate signage giving notice of the parking
restriction.
ADOPTED by the Council at a regular meeting this 5th day of September,2006.
