RES 1075RESOLUTION NO./0?^A RESOLUTION providing for the payment to retired
employees who are not members of a bargaining unit of twenty-five percent (25%)of their accrued sick time as of the date ofretirement.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I
When any employee of the City who is not a member of a collective bargaining unit
retires,and such employee is eligible to receive retirement benefits under LEOFF or PERS at the
time of retirement,such employee shall be paid for twenty-five percent (25%)of his or her
accrued and unused sick leave at the employee's salary rate at the time of retirement.AADOPTEDbytheCouncilataregularmeetingthis//'day of July,2006.
