A RESOLUTION amending Resolution No.608 by amending
the fees for obtaining public records.
WHEREAS,by Resolution No.608,the City of Camas provided for compliance with the
provisions of Chapter 42.17 of the Revised Code of Washington relating to public records;and
WHEREAS,the Council of the City of Camas wishes to amend Section 8 of said
resolution by revising the fees for copying of public records,
NOW,THEREFORE,be it resolved by the Council of the City of Camas as follows:
Section I
Section 8 of Resolution No.608 is amended to provide as follows:
No fee shall be charged for the inspection of public records.The City shall charge the
following fees for providing copies of public records and for the use of the City's
copying equipment:pew
State accident reports -$5.00 (no charge to the driver)
Police case reports unde*six (6)pages^-$5.00 (no charge to the victim)
Police case reports over six (6)pages -$10.00 (no charge to the victim)
Immigration Checks -$10.00
Visa/Clearance letters -$10.00

Except as amended and revised herein,the Council hereby ratifies and reaffirms all
