RES 1068/Oh’SRESOLUTIONNO.
A RESOLUTION creating a change account of $100.00 in the
General Fund for the Community Development Department.
WHEREAS,the Community Development Department on occasion accepts cash
payments for permits and other fees,and
WHEREAS,it is necessary for the Community Development Department to maintain a
cash drawer to enable it to make change for cash paying customers,and
WHEREAS,the Council desires to create a cash account within the General Fund for the
Community Development Department,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMAS AS FOLLOWS:
Section I
There is hereby created within the General Fund,a cash account of $100.00 for use by the
Community Development Department.
