A RESOLUTION authorizing refund of application fees for
Type III development applications upon withdrawal of the
application by the applicant.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS AS FOLLOWS :
Section I
Application fees for Type III development applications may be reimbursed upon
submittal of a written request by the applicant as follows:
a)When the application is withdrawn and the reimbursement request is received
in writing prior to an application being deemed complete,eighty percent (80%)of the application
fee shall be reimbursed.
b)When the application is withdrawn and the reimbursement request is received
in writing after an application has been deemed complete and prior to a Notice of Hearing being
issued,forty percent (40%)of the application fee shall be reimbursed.
c)If the application is withdrawn and reimbursement request is received in
writing after a Notice of Hearing has been issued,no fee reimbursement shall be made.
