A RESOLUTION changing the title of the position Manager of
Human Resources Services to Human Resources Manager,removing
the position of Accounting Manager from the CPEA bargaining unit,
and adjusting the salary schedule for non -represented employees.
WHEREAS,Section 2.64.020 of the Camas Municipal Code requires the Council to adopt a
resolution establishing a pay schedule showing salary ranges for officers and employees of the City;and
WHEREAS,the Council desires to change the position of Manager of Human Resources
Services to Human Resources Manager;and
WHEREAS,the position of Accounting Manager has been removed from the CPEA
bargaining unit and is now a non-represented position;and
WHEREAS,the Council desires to adopt a new schedule of salary ranges for non-represented
employees,including the position of Human Resources Manager and the position of Accounting
Manager,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY CAMAS AS
FOLLOWS:
Section I
The position of Manager of Human Resources Services is hereby re-titled as Human
Resources Manager.
Section II
The position of Accounting Manager is removed from the CPEA bargaining unit and is now a
non-represented position.
Section III
The schedule attached hereto as Exhibit "A"and by this reference incorporated herein is
hereby adopted as the salary ranges for non-represented employees of the City.
Section IV
This resolution shall be effective May 1,2006.
