A RESOLUTION approving the execution of an Amended and
Restated Development Agreement with Long Drive,LLC,pursuant
to ROW Chapter 36.70B and Camas Municipal Code 18.55.340.
WHEREAS,Long Drive,LLC owns or is acquiring certain real property within the City
of Camas,preliminarily approved as Lot 8,Phase I of Camas Meadows Corporate Center,and
Lots 8,9,10,11 ,and 12,Phase II of Camas Meadows Corporate Center;and
WHEREAS,Long Drive,LLC has applied for Master Plan approval pursuant to Chapter
18.20 of the Camas Municipal Code;and
WHEREAS,the City of Camas and Long Drive,LLC previously negotiated a
Development Agreement to govern the development of the property ;and
WHEREAS,the Council heretofore adopted Resolution No.986 approving the execution
of the Development Agreement with Long Drive,LLC,and
WHEREAS,Long Drive,LLC has requested that the Development Agreement be
amended;and
WHEREAS ,pursuant to Camas Municipal Code,Chapter 18.55,a public hearing was
held on August 15,2005,to solicit public input on the Amended Development Agreement ,and
WHEREAS ,pursuant to RCW 36.70 B .170(1),and Camas Municipal Code 18.55.340,
the City of Camas and Long Drive,LLC are authorized to enter into a Development Agreement
that sets forth development standards and other provisions that apply to and govern and vest the
development ,use and mitigation of the described property ,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMAS AS FOLLOWS :

The Amended and Restated Development Agreement between Long Drive,LLC,a
Washington Limited Liability Company and the City of Camas,attached hereto as Exhibit “A”is
hereby approved .
II
The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Amended and Restated
Development Agreement on behalf of the City of Camas.

The Amended and Restated Development Agreement supercedes and replaces the
Development Agreement previously approved by Resolution No.986.
ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Camas,this (C day of
