RES 1022RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION establishing a two hour time limit between
the hours of 7:00 a.m.and 3 :00 p .m.on school days on NE Hayes
Street between NE 38th Avenue and NE 43rd Avenue,on NE 40th
Circle,on NE 44st Avenue between NE Hayes Street and NE lone
Street,on NE lone Street between NE 43rd Avenue and NE 38th
Avenue,and on NE 42nd Avenue.
WHEREAS,CMC 10.08 .010 authorizes the City Council from time to time impose
parking time limits for designated streets and locations within the City,and
WHEREAS,the Council desires to impose parking time limits on streets adjacent to
Camas High School to encourage high school students to park in the high school parking lot,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS :
Section I
There is hereby established a two hour time limit for parking on school days between
7 :00 a.m.and 3 :00 p.m.onNE Hayes Street between NE 44th Avenue andNE 38th Avenue,on
ndNEloneStreetbetweenNE38lhAvenueandNE43rdAvenue,on NE 40th Circle,and on NE 42
Circle.
Section II
The City Engineer is directed to erect signs giving notice of the new time limits.
Section III
This resolution shall be effective upon the erection of new signs by the City Engineer.
ADOPTED at a regular session of the Council of the City of Camas,this /3 day of
August,2005.
