A RESOLUTION prohibiting parking on the South side of NW
6th Way between NW Maple Lane and NW Logan Street.
WHEREAS,the Council finds that the width of NW 6th Way between NW Maple Lane
and NW Logan Street is generally twenty feet (20')from shoulder to shoulder,and
WHEREAS,if parking is permitted on both sides of the street,there is insufficient room
for emergency vehicles to use the roadway,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMAS AS FOLLOWS:
Section I
There shall be no parking permitted on the South side of NW 6th Way between NW
Maple Lane and NW Logan Street.
Section II
The City Engineer is directed to erect appropriate signage giving notice of the parking
restriction.
ADOPTED by the Council at a regular meeting thi day of July,2005.
