A RESOLUTION amending Resolution No.751 by increasing
the Police Investigative Revolving Fund from $1,000.00 to
$2,000.00.
WHEREAS,by Resolution No.751,the Council established a Police Investigative
Revolving Fund of $1 ,000.00 to be used by the Police Department in its investigation of drug
and narcotic violations,and
WHEREAS,the Council has determined that the amount of the Police Investigative
Revolving Fund should be increased to $2,000.00,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMAS AS FOLLOWS:
Section I
The Police Investigative Revolving Fund is increased from $1,000.00 to $2,000.00.
ADOPTED at a regular session of the City Council this 25 day of April,2005.
