A RESOLUTION establishing an alignment for N.W.Hood
Street
WHEREAS,the section of N.W.Hood Street depicted on the attached exhibit is currently
a two lane unimproved rural road with no shoulders,curbs,gutters,and sidewalks,and
WHEREAS,the section of N.W.Hood Street depicted in Exhibit “A”also has a severe
S curve,and
WHEREAS,developers of property adjacent to the section of N.W.Hood Street depicted
in Exhibit “A”need to have the alignment of N.W.Hood Street finally determined before they
can proceed with development,and
WHEREAS,the Council of the City of Camas has determined the desired alignment,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMAS AS FOLLOWS:
Section I
The alignment for N.W.Hood Street shall be as depicted in Exhibit “A”,attached hereto
and by this reference incorporated herein.
