RES 9947)RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION closing out the pre-construction portion of Project S-356,
SE 1st Street/NW Lake Road Improvements.
WHEREAS,the Public Works Director has determined that the pre-construction
scope of work has been completed and recommends the closeout of pre-construction of
said project,
WHEREAS,pre-construction closeout per adopted resolution for said project is
required by the Washington State Public Works Board prior to closeout of Public Works
Trust Fund Loan Agreement PW-00-691-PRE-114,
WHEREAS,money for said loan has been borrowed in full and remaining pre-
construction purchases will be charged to Public Works Trust Fund Loan Agreement PW-
03-695-005,
WHEREAS,the Council desires to adopt this closeout,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMAS AS FOLLOWS :
Section I
The Council of the City of Camas hereby adopts the closeout of the pre-
construction phase of Project S-356,SE 1st Street/NW Lake Road Construction.
ADOPTED by the Council at a regular meeting this 'day of October,2004.
