A RESOLUTION amending the City of Camas Neighborhood
Traffic Management Plan,as adopted by Ordinance No.2289,by
suspending enforcement of certain designated sections.
WHEREAS,by Ordinance No.2289,the City Council adopted a document entitled “City
of Camas Neighborhood Traffic Management Plan”for the purpose of providing standards and
guidelines for the regulation of traffic on residential streets;and
WHEREAS,the City Council has found that implementation of certain sections of the
City of Camas Neighborhood Traffic Management Plan is not feasible given budgetary and other
resource constraints faced by the City of Camas;and
WHEREAS,it is the intent of the City Council for the City of Camas Neighborhood
Traffic Management Plan to remain in full force and effect,except as relates to the certain
sections specifically addressed herein,
NOW,THEREFORE,be it resolved by the Council of the City of Camas as follows:
Section I
The “City of Camas Neighborhood Traffic Management Plan”adopted pursuant to
Ordinance No.2289 on February 26,2001,is hereby amended by suspending enforcement of the
following designated sections:Problem Identification;Stage I Action Plan;Analysis;
Prioritization;and the capital improvements provisions only of the following sections—Project
Development;Implementation;and Monitoring.
Section II
In all other respects,the City of Camas Neighborhood Traffic Management Plan shall
remain in full force and effect.A copy of this resolution shall be included with the City of
Camas Neighborhood Traffic Management Plan on file in the office of the City Clerk.
