A RESOLUTION reducing the application fee for lot line
adjustments.
WHEREAS,pursuant to ordinances of the City of Camas,application fees for certain
development and planning activities are to be established from time to time by resolution of the
City Council,and
WHEREAS,the fee for lot line adjustment applications is currently $700.00,and
WHEREAS,the Council desires to reduce the application fee for lot line adjustments.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Camas as
follows:
Section I
The application fee for lot line adjustments is reduced to $58.00.
Section II
The Planning Director shall amend the schedule of fees for development and planning
projects to reflect the reduction in lot line adjustment application fees.
