RES 951RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION revising the am ount of the traffic impact fee in
accordance with the formulas established by Chapter 3.88,Camas
Municipal Code.
WHEREAS,Chapter 3.88 of the Camas Municipal Code sets forth the formula for calculating
traffic impact fees,and
WHEREAS,Section 3.88.105 provides for the Council to adopt a Resolution or Resolution
setting forth the monetary amount of impact fees by the use of the formula set forth in Chapter 3.88 of
the Camas Municipal Code,and
WHEREAS,the Council desires to revise the traffic impact fee,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Council as follows:
Section I
The traffic impact fee for residential units is calculated as follows:

TIF =1 x (1 -0)x 2088.25 x 85%-$1,775.00
Section II
The traffic impact fee for non-residential development is calculated as follows:
TIF =T x (1 -R )x C x A
The average P.M.Peak Hour Vehicle Trip ends for the specific development
estimated by the fifth or current edition of the ITE Trip Generation Manual computed by
taking by the size of the development x the P.M.Peak Hour Trip Generation Rate.
The reduction for bypass trips for ITE Land Use Codes in the eight hundreds and nine
hundreds estimated by the fifth or current edition of the ITE Trip Generation Manual.
