RES 950SORESOLUTIONNO.
A RESOLUTION revising Resolution 940 by providing for
repayment of a loan from the Water Sewer Reserve Fund,to be
made by the Growth Management Fund.
WHEREAS,the Council of the City of Camas heretofore adopted Resolution No.904,
which authorized the Fire Facility Construction Fund to borrow $1,300,000.00 from the Water
Sewer Reserve Fund,and
WHEREAS,the Council of the City of Camas heretofore adopted Resolution No.940,
which revised the repayment terms of the loan from the Water Sewer Capital Reserve Fund to the
Fire Facility Construction Fund,and
WHEREAS,repayment of the loan has previously been made by transfer of fire impact
fees from the Growth Management Fund to the Fire Facility Construction Fund,and
WHEREAS,the Fire Facility Construction Fund is being closed out,and the Council
desires to have repayment made directly from fire impact fees and real estate excise taxes
deposited into the Growth Management Fund,
NOW,THEREFORE,the Council of the City of Camas resolve as follows:
Section I
Resolution No.940 is amended to provided that repayment of the remaining loan balance
of $1,154,159.00 of the loan from the Water Sewer Capital Reserve Fund,to the Fire Facility
Construction Fund shall be from fire impact fees and real estate excise taxes in the Growth
Management Fund.
Section II
Except as modified herein,the repayment terms set forth in Resolution No.940 are
ratified and affirmed.
