RES 941 RESOLUTION NO .
A RESOLUTION revising the time limit for parking on the
west side of Birch Street between North East 6 " Avenue and North
East 5 th Avenue .
WHEREAS , CMC 10 . 08 . 010 , authorizes the City Council from time to time to impose
parking time limits for designated streets and locations within the city , and
WHEREAS , the parking time limits for the west side of Birch Street between North East
6th Avenue and North East 5th Avenue is currently six hours from 9 : 00 a . m . to 6 : 00 p . m . , and
WHEREAS , the Council desires to change the time where parking time limits are in
effect to 7 : 00 a . m . to 7 : 00 p . m . ,
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Council as follows :
Section I
The parking time limit for the west side of Birch Street between North East 6th Avenue
and 5th Avenue shall be six hours from 7 : 00 a . m . to 7 : 00 p . m . Monday through Saturday .
Section II
The City Engineer is directed to erect signs giving notice of the new time limits .
Section III
This Resolution shall be effective upon the erection of new signs by the City Engineer .
ADOPTED by the Council at a regular meeting this /t- day of July , 2002 .
