RES 939RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION repealing plan review and inspection fees for
the installation of NFPA-13D automatic fire sprinkler systems.
WHEREAS,the City Council has heretofore adopted Resolution No.882,which imposes
fees for identified fire prevention activities,and
WHEREAS,the fees for plan review and inspection of the installation of NFPA-13D
automatic fire sprinkler systems are $50.00 and $75.00 respectively,and
WHEREAS,the Council desires to repeal the fees for plan review and inspection of
NFPA-13D automatic fire sprinkler systems,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Camas as
follows:
Section I
The plan review and inspection fee for installation of a newNFPA-13D automatic fire
sprinkler system is hereby repealed.
ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Camas this
June,2002.
