A RESOLUTION establishing a ten hour time limit for parking
on North East Franklin Street between 4th Avenue and 5th Avenue,
and on North East 5th Avenue between Everett Street and Garfield
Street.
WHEREAS,CMC10.08.010,allows the City Council from time to time to impose
parking time limits for designated streets and locations within the city ,and
WHEREAS,the parking time limits for North East Franklin between 4th Avenue and 5th
Avenue and North East 5th Avenue between Everett and Garfield is currently two hours,and
WHEREAS,the Council desires to change the parking time limit from two hours to ten
hours,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Council as follows:
Section I
The parking time limit for North East Franklin between 4th Avenue and 5th Avenue and
for North East 5th Avenue between North East Everett and North East Garfield is changed from
two hours to ten hours.
Section II
The City Engineer is directed to erect signs giving Notice of the new time limits.
Section III
This Resolution shah be effective upon the erection of new signs by the City Engineer.
