RESOLUTION NO .
A RESOLUTION establishing a $ 35 . 00 fee for processing Type
B home occupations .
WHEREAS , the Council has enacted a new chapter in the zoning code regulating home
occupations , and
WHEREAS , Type B home occupations require staff to review an application , and prepare
and distribute an administrative decision and notice , and
WHEREAS , the Council desires to charge a fee for the administrative time in processing
Type B home occupation applications ,
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Camas as
follows :
Section I
The fee for processing a Type B home occupation application shall be $ 35 . 00 .
