A RESOLUTION repealing Resolution No.804,
which waived building permit fees,plan check fees,
and inspection fees on structures built by the City
and funded by the City’s general fund.
WHEREAS,the City previously adopted Resolution No.804,which waived building
permit fees,plan check fees,and inspection fees on structures built by the City and funded by the
City’s general fund,and
WHEREAS,MRSC has issued an opinion that RCW 43.09.210 prohibits a city from
waiving building permit fees for city projects,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Camas that
Resolution 804 be and the same is hereby repealed.
