RES 914RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION permitting real property located within the
corporate limits of the City of Camas to be annexed to the City of
Washougal.
WHEREAS,the real property described in Exhibit “A”attached hereto and by this
reference incorporated herein is located within the City of Camas,and
WHEREAS,the Cities of Camas and Washougal have heretofore entered into an
Interlocal Agreement whereby the City of Washougal was designated as the presiding
jurisdiction in all planning programs,land use designations,and land use application processing
for the property described in Exhibit “A”,and
WHEREAS,under the terms of said Interlocal Agreement,both cities agreed to transfer
corporate jurisdiction of the subject area from the City of Camas to the City of Washougal,and
WHEREAS,the council of the City of Camas has conducted a public hearing on this
resolution as required by RCW 35.10.217,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CAMAS AS FOLLOWS:
Section I
The city council agrees to permit the real property described in Exhibit “A”attached
hereto and by this reference incorporated herein to be annexed to the City of Washougal.
ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Camas at a regular meeting this /day of
April;2001.
