RES 913RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION establishing fees for temporary use permits,
unclassified use permits,and design review.
WHEREAS,the Council of the City of Camas has adopted new ordinances for temporary
use permits,unclassified uses,and design review,and
WHEREAS,each of said ordinances provides for establishing fees by resolution,and
WHEREAS,the City Council desires to adopt a fee schedule for such permits,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMAS AS FOLLOWS:
Section I
The fee for a temporary use permit shall be $50.00.
Section II
The fee for an unclassified use permit shall be $500.00.
Section III
The fee for design review where no design review committee action is required shall be
$200.00.The fee for design review where design review committee review is required shall be
$550.00.If the project exceeds five acres in size,there shall be added $50.00 for each additional
acre or fraction thereof.
