RES 891mRESOLUTIONNO. A RESOLUTION revising salary ranges and some job titles for non-represented employees,members of IAFF No.2444,members of the Police Officers Association,members of OPEIU Local No. 11,and members of AFSCME 307CC. WHEREAS,the City Council has heretofore approved and adopted the 1999 Compensation Report as prepared by Johnson &Associates,and WHEREAS,as a result of said report,the job titles for certain positions have been changed,and WHEREAS,as a result of said report,the salary ranges for certain positions have been changed,and WHEREAS,the City has entered into memorandums of understanding with the Police Officers Association,IAFF No.2444,OPEIU Local No.11,and AFSCME 307CC,and, WHEREAS,the City also desires to implement the 1999 Compensation Report for its non-represented employees, NOW,THEREFORE,THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section I The schedule attached hereto as Exhibit “A”and by this reference incorporated herein is hereby adopted as the salary ranges and job titles for non-represented employees of the City. Section II The schedule attached hereto as Exhibit “B”and by this reference incorporated herein is hereby adopted as the salary ranges and job titles for members of IAFF No.2444. Section III The schedule attached hereto as Exhibit “C”and by this reference incorporated herein is hereby adopted as the salary ranges and job titles for members of the Police Officers Association. Section IV The schedule attached hereto as Exhibit “D”and by this reference incorporated herein is hereby adopted as the salary ranges and job titles for members of AFSCME 307CC. Section V The schedule attached hereto as Exhibit “E”and by this reference incorporated herein is hereby adopted as the salary ranges and job titles for members of OPEIU Local No.11 . mi Page 2ResolutionNo. Section VI This resolution shall be effective as of January 1,2000.
